What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise your account, profile, team associations, community content and other app data tied to the account, where technically and legally possible. Other users’ records may retain limited references where needed to preserve shared team or conversation integrity.
What may be retained
We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or legal-compliance records for the period required by law or legitimate security needs. Secure backups may take additional time to cycle out. Retained data is restricted from ordinary product use.
Request deletion
Use the email registered to your FF TACTIX account. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and normally complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is legally permitted or required.
If the form does not work, email contact@fftactix.com from your registered address with the subject “FF TACTIX account deletion request”.
