1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using FF TACTIX, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must have it.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not impersonate others, transfer accounts deceptively or evade restrictions.
3. Permitted use
FF TACTIX is provided for lawful esports planning, team management, analytics and community participation. You may not interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits, introduce malicious code, misuse APIs, automate abuse, infringe rights, harass users or use FF TACTIX for illegal activity.
4. User content and community
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FF TACTIX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights to submit it. Community activity must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users or enforce these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, price, billing period and renewal information are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Google Play, Razorpay or another disclosed provider. Refunds are governed by the checkout channel, applicable law and our Refund Policy. Removing the app does not necessarily cancel a recurring subscription.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
FF TACTIX software, branding and original content are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or code. Third-party services and links have their own terms. FF TACTIX is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Garena; game names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep FF TACTIX reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be suspended or discontinued. We may update the app or these terms and will post the effective date.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, FF TACTIX is provided “as is” and “as available”. Tactical guidance and analytics do not guarantee competitive results. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
9. Suspension, termination and contact
You may stop using FF TACTIX or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, risk or legal necessity. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective. Questions can be sent to contact@fftactix.com.
