1. Who we are
FF TACTIX provides competitive planning, team management, community and match-analysis tools for Free Fire MAX esports. In this policy, “FF TACTIX”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the operator of the FF TACTIX app and fftactix.com. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@fftactix.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile data: email address, authentication identifiers, display name, username or public handle, avatar, role, player/coach profile and team membership details. Authentication providers handle passwords; we do not receive a readable copy of your password.
- App content and activity: teams, rosters, match records, tactics, playbooks, analytics, notes, community/recruitment posts, messages, reports, blocks and other content you create or interact with.
- Subscription and transaction data: plan, entitlement, order and payment-status metadata. Payment providers process payment credentials; we do not receive complete card, bank or UPI credentials.
- Device and technical data: device and app version, operating system, identifiers needed for authentication, security or notifications, push token, notification preferences, crash/diagnostic data, IP-derived security signals, browser data and server logs.
- Analytics data: when enabled on the website, Google Analytics may collect page views, referrers, device/browser information and event data through cookies or similar technologies.
- Support and website data: feedback, support requests, account-deletion requests and related correspondence. Our website may store a one-way HMAC hash of an IP address for abuse prevention instead of the raw address.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, teams, analytics, tactics, community, recruitment, notifications and subscriptions.
- Authenticate users, maintain security, prevent fraud and enforce our rules.
- Process requests, provide support and communicate service or policy updates.
- Diagnose failures, measure reliability and improve FF TACTIX.
- Meet legal obligations and protect users, FF TACTIX and the public.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on where you live, we process information to perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with law, and—where required—based on consent. You can withdraw consent where processing depends on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Services and sharing
We disclose information only as needed to operate FF TACTIX, comply with law or protect rights. Service providers may include Supabase for authentication, databases, storage and realtime services; Vercel for website hosting; Cloudflare for delivery, security and connected services; Expo for app builds, updates and push notifications; Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider for payment processing; Google for sign-in, integrated Google services and website analytics; and GitHub for release-file hosting. These providers process data under their own terms and safeguards.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to investigate harm or abuse, during a business reorganisation, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Retention varies by data type. After a verified deletion request, data is deleted or anonymised unless limited records must be kept for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax/accounting or another legal obligation. Backups may take additional time to cycle out securely.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport and restricted server credentials. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
8. Your choices and rights
You may review or update available profile information in the app, change notification permissions through the app or device, and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. To delete your account, use our account deletion page or email us. We may verify identity before completing a request.
9. Children
FF TACTIX is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Users below the age required to consent independently must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.
10. Changes and contact
