Purchases through Google Play
Google Play processes and manages purchases made through Google Play. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by Google Play’s policies and applicable law. Use Google Play’s purchase history or support process for those requests.
Other payment channels
For a purchase made through another checkout provider shown at payment, email contact@fftactix.com with the registered email, order reference, purchase date and reason. Do not send full payment credentials. We review duplicate charges, technical failures and non-delivery claims based on provider records and applicable law.
Cancellation and access
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a recurring subscription. Cancel through the same channel used to subscribe. Unless law or the purchase channel requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Non-refundable cases
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, refunds may be declined when paid access was substantially used, the request concerns a change of mind after delivery, the account violated our rules, or the transaction cannot be verified. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
